Wedding/Corporate Orders:
We offer free consultation and a no obligation quotation. "Delivery is free for orders over the value of £100 and within a 15 mile radius of Delphinium Flowers.


Booking & Deposit:
To book a wedding date/corporate event with Delphinium Flowers, we require a non refundable £50 deposit for orders under £500. Orders over £500 a deposit of 10% will be required. Deposit amount will be deducted from Total Order Value. Final Payment for wedding/corporate flower orders is due two weeks prior to the wedding Date/corporate event date. Final Payment date is clearly stated on the invoice. Final Payment is non-refundable seven days prior to wedding date/corporate event date upon cancellation of wedding or event.


Payments:
We accept Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer payments. Cheque payments must be made out to Delphinium Flowers. We will require the Cheque Card number written on the reverse of the cheque. Cheque/Bank Transfer payments must be cleared in our accounts by the two week Final Payment wedding date deadline. Bank Transfer details are clearly stated on the invoice.


Equipment/Hire:
Pedestals will be supplied and collected at no extra cost. Hired vases/pedestals that are broken upon collection will be chargeable in full.


Insurance:
Delphinium Flowers is insured with Fortis Insurance Limited, through CETA Insurance Ltd at www.insuremyflorist.co.uk for Public Liability up to £1,000.000. A copy of the insurance certificate is available upon request. Delphinium Flowers can not be held liable for instances or circumstances beyond their control such as acts of god/terrible weather conditions. We will do everything in our possible power to get to a venue; however, you may wish to look into wedding/event insurance for your own piece of mind.


Funeral Orders:
We offer free consultation and free delivery up to 20 miles. We prefer payment for funeral flower orders in advance or upon placing the order. However, we can be flexible with this in certain instances, where we will accept payment no later than 24 hours prior to the funeral date. Cheque/Bank Transfer payments must be cleared in our accounts by the 24 hour funeral date deadline. Cheque payments must be made out to Delphinium Flowers and have the cheque card number clearly stated on the reverse of the cheque.

 

Online Ordering & Payments:
Online Ordering & Payments We do not have a minimum order amount. All products are subject to a P&P charge indicated at point of purchase. In the event that your item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you via email with details regarding your items approximate dispatch date.

 

PAYPAL:

Payments are made through www.paypal.co.uk and the PAYPAL shopping cart system. This is one of the most secure and trusted online payment systems. You do not have to have a PAYPAL account to make a payment; you can simply use your credit/debit card.

 

However, you will be given the option to set up a PAYPAL account after making your first purchase. Setting up a PAYPAL account is FREE and easy to do. Setting up an account has benefits such as recording transactions for you.However, setting up a PAYPAL account is optional and your own decision.

 

Delivery:

Delivery of your purchase will be with you 3-5 working days after placing your order with us. You can be confident that your item will be well packaged for delivery. We use Royal Mail to deliver our online products. We always gain proof of postage and can not be held responsible for items lost in transit by Royal Mail.

 

Returns Policy:

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange purchases unless faulty.

 

Faulty Goods:

All products are individually and carefully checked personally prior to dispatch. In the event you discover a faulty with your purchase, we will gladly exchange the item; either with a replacement or full refund. The refund amount will be to the value you paid at point of purchase minus the P&P amount.

 

Faulty items must be returned to ourselves within 7 working days of purchase, accompanied with a short note explaining the fault, original packaging and receipt.


Complaints:
We aim to deliver our flowers in perfect condition. However, in the event of a complaint, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please call 07812 215 212 and ask for Tracy Evans.
