Payment
All online payments are carried out by RBS Worldpay, a secure online payment service which protects your information. All our online payments are free of charge. All payments need to be made in advance of receiving the goods. We only accept payments made in GBP currency

Security of Information
Delphinium Flowers protects your information and does not pass it onto any other third parties. We are an advocate of discreet and support fast trading, so we only request essential information which is then only used to serve you

Purchase Agreement
An agreement is effective when the customer accepts the general Terms & Conditions and when payment of the order has been received. Delphinium Flowers always retains the right to reject an order. If an order is not accepted, an email will be sent to you to this effect

Prices
The prices quoted next to the articles are in GBP and include VAT ( unless otherwise stated ). Delphinium Flowers always retains the right to change the quoted prices prior to purchase

Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, this is only possible within 24 hours from commencement of the purchase agreement. You can send your cancellation request by email to info@delphiniumflowers.co.uk alternatively, we need cancellation in writing or by completing the Contact Us form

Colours
We offer a free sample service for your convince so you can sample the product quality. The colours displayed on your computer screen can sometimes differ from the actual colour.

All our Rose Petals have unique names founded by Delphinium Flowers and are our ‘product’ names where no rights are to be claimed on. If you are not satisfied with the colour of rose petals supplied we can offer you a refund. Therefore, we strongly advise you to make use of our free sample service to avoid disappointment.

Sizes
Where Delphinium Flowers supplies natural products; small variations in colour and size may occur. Accordingly, the sizes given in this website are for guidance purposes only where no rights are to be claimed on. All other products are clearly and correctly marked as to their quantity, weight and box size

Staining
Roses Petals are not colour-fast and may stain. As customer, you are responsible for the correct usage of the products. Delphinium Flowers cannot be held responsible or liable for any possible seepage or staining.
