Delivery Information - Online PurchasesHow we deliver Your delivery charge will be clearly visible in your shopping cart and before the checkout process. We use the 'Royal Mail' to deliver parcels up to 2kg and 'MyHermes' for parcels 2-5kg; both services are tracked for extra peace of mind. Occasionally we use 'Parcel Force' for larger orders needing to arrive quickly We want happy customers, so we promise to provide prompt dispatch of your order, suitably packaged and securely wrapped. It is important to us that you receive your order in good condition, quickly and securely Where we deliver We do not deliver orders to the Republic of Ireland or Internationally. We do deliver nationally to the following destinations; • UK Mainland • Scottish Highlands • Northern Ireland • Isle of Man • Isle of wight • Channel Islands (Alderney, Herm, Sark, Jersey & Guernsey) • Isle of Scilly Delivery Charges
*Special Delivery orders must be placed by 12 noon for following day delivery. Special Delivery orders placed at the weekend will arrive on Tuesday Why do we charge for delivery? There is no such thing as ‘free delivery’ – retailers which offer this are really just hiding the delivery charge within their product prices. We offer a transparent approach to delivery charges – by offering the best product prices we can and simply charging delivery at cost Where is my Parcel? Upon despatching your order to you, we will send you an email notification containing your unique parcel tracking reference number and the courier service we used to ship your parcel.
