Wedding Orders

We offer a free consultations and no obligation quotation. *Delivery is free for orders within a 15 mile radius.

To book a wedding date with ourselves, a non refundable £50 deposit will be required for orders under £500.  Orders over £500, a deposit of 10% will be required.  Deposits will then be deducted from total order amount. 
Final Payment for wedding flower orders will be due two weeks prior to the wedding date. Total Amounts are nonrefunable 7 days prior to Wedding Date. Cheque payments must be cleared in our account by the two week wedding date deadline. Pedestals will be supplied and collected. Damaged or lost glassware and pedestals will be chargeable in full.

Funeral Orders

We offer free consultation and free delivery. We prefer payment for funeral flower orders in advance and on placing of the order. However, we can be flexible in certain instances, where payment can be made within 24 hours of the funeral. Cheque payment must be with us and cleared in our account by the funeral date.

Complaints

We aim to deliver our flowers in perfect condition. However, in the event of a complaint, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please call 07812 215 212 and ask for Tracy Evans.
